On the ground floor, you will find a cozy living porch with a sofa bed, TV (satellite/cable), and a radio with a CD player. The well-equipped kitchen features a dining table, oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, fridge/freezer, toaster, and electric kettle – ideal for preparing meals. A separate bedroom with a large double bed (180 x 200 cm) and a cozy armchair ensures relaxing nights. A crib is also available, so the apartment is also suitable for small families. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet. The vacation rental includes use of the garden, so you can relax outside in fine weather. Parking directly at the house is also at your disposal. Included: bed linens for stays of 7 nights or more, garden furniture, crib, and free Wi-Fi. A large garden and bicycle racks are available for shared use. The apartment is ideal for families or couples looking for a relaxing vacation in a quiet, pet-friendly environment. Note on possible additional costs: For check-outs on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays, a 50% surcharge on the cleaning fee will apply. Under certain circumstances, it may be possible to adjust the travel dates to avoid the surcharge. Please note that, during the period from June to September, bookings must be made for as many nights as possible, with no gaps. For reservations that include a pet, we charge the applicable pet fee per pet, as well as an additional cleaning fee. If bed linens and/or towels are not provided in the booked property, they can be booked separately. We charge € 12/set for bed linen and € 8/set for towels. A change of linens is not provided. The tourist tax is determined by the current regulations of the respective vacation resorts and must be paid in cash upon arrival at the VVR Flöter rental office. Errors and changes excepted!
