The family-friendly and typical Ligurian village house is located on the outskirts of Perinaldo and offers a fantastic panoramic view of the Alps and the Mediterranean Sea from the roof terrace. The approximately 90 sqm of living space are spread over three levels. The beaches of Bordighera are less than 20 minutes away by car, while Sanremo, Menton and Monte Carlo are about 50 minutes away. Everyone will find relaxation here, whether hiking in the mountains, swimming in the turquoise Mediterranean Sea or in the lively cities. Other things to note In a typical Ligurian village house, relatively small floors have been built on top of each other over time.
