The space The room has been recently renovated with a completely brand new bathroom, new furniture, new furnishings & a fresh lick of paint. The room enjoys the morning sun, is warm and has a brand new air-con for you to control the temperature. The shower has good pressure gas hot water. We take huge pride on ventilation and airing the room, thus when you enter you feel the dryness of the room. There is tea & coffee for your convenience with a fridge to store cold drinks/food. Let us know if you need anything else like wine glasses during your stay. Shampoo, conditioner & shower gel provided. We are close to all amenities and eateries you can think of (within a 5 minute drive). Albany Westfield Shopping Mall and Glenfield Mall are close by, supermarkets, swimming pool, gym, cinemas, library, restaurants, bars, petrol station, bottle shop, ATM, Massey University, AUT Millennium Sports Facility, Albany Bus Station Park n Ride, Constellation Drive shopping district, Rosedale business area and sports facilities as is all North Shore beaches and the bustling Auckland CBD. Bus stop right outside our home approx every 20 mins which will connect you to Constellation Bus Station then to all over Auckland. See AT website for routes and timetables. There are two local laundromats close by for our guests that we recommend. EZ Wash Laundromat Glenfield is the best. As locals we can recommend the best the Shore has to offer. Our home is perfectly located for day trips to northern beaches and west coast beaches. Ubers come fast within 3 mins and there's a bus stop right outside the house!
