On the first floor, there is an open mezzanine with two single-seater armchairs. There are also two lockable bedrooms on the first floor. In the basement, there is a recreation area with a table tennis table and a bathroom with a shower. Central heating (+ air conditioning in the living room). Wireless internet is available. Secure parking (for two cars) is available on the fenced property (for guests' exclusive use).
