Our house is only 200 m from the dike and from the upper floor you can look sideways at the Baltic Sea! The swimming and surfing beach "Grüner Brink" is only 1.5 km away, an extra dog beach is 800 m away. If you are looking for peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle in Burg, you have come to the right place. The 18 sqm apartment on the upper floor offers you everything for a cozy vacation for two! With a sitting area, dining area and well-equipped pantry kitchen as well as a shower! The space In the apartment you will find everything you need for a vacation for two. A large double bed, two cozy armchairs, a dining area and a pantry kitchen with 2 hotplates, fridge and sink. In the private bathroom with window there is a shower, sink and toilet. The apartment is fully equipped with a coffee machine (Senseo coffee machine), toaster, kettle and cookware. You can use the garden by arrangement with the tenants of the ground floor apartment. Barbecue facilities are available there. A beautiful children's playground is located directly on the beach "Grüner Brink". There the water is particularly shallow and therefore very popular with families. Bed covers and towels must be brought along or can be booked with us for 27 euros per set. Please let us know in advance of arrival. Guest access On the ground floor there is a large room where surfing material can be stored and dried. There is a separate sink in the garden house that anglers can use for their catch. Please clean it hygienically afterwards! Other things to note Please note that the city of Fehmarn charges a tourist tax of €1.50 per night in the low season and €2.30 per night in the high season (05/15 - 09/14) for all adults.
