Cozy cottage with room for two families!

Welcome to my cozy cottage! The cottage is 200 years (!) old and has a lot of charm but is also simple! It's perfect for one or more families who want to hang out in the countryside without getting on each other's nerves! Or maybe you're looking for a guest accommodation in connection with a wedding? The cottage has large green areas and various fruit trees, berry bushes and crops and is located in a "mini-village" with neighbors close by! The space As I said, the cabin is simple. Water is available in the summer kitchen in the barn but not inside the other houses. There is no regular toilet or shower but there is a nice outhouse and an outdoor shower (cold water). When you are going to wash dishes, boil the water in a saucepan or kettle and mix it with the cold water from the tap. In the barn there is an extra living room - the natural place to hang out in the evenings, play games, etc. if some go to bed earlier in the cabin or guest house. The fact that the kitchen is also located in the barn makes it easy for people to get up and make breakfast at different times without disturbing others. Otherwise, socialize but preferably outside in the large garden where there are several patios. The surroundings consist of beautiful meadows and forests but the E18 is also close. The highway is visible and audible from the cabin but is not particularly disturbing if it is not the case that you want it completely quiet - it is more difficult. About a 10-minute walk from the cabin, there is an old limestone quarry where you can swim! Guest access The cabin: Ground floor: - Small kitchen with seating area, fridge, freezer and stove/oven. - Living room with sofa bed, speakers and TV. Upstairs - In the hall when you come up there is a sleeping alcove with a double bed (140 cm) - One bedroom with two single beds - Note: No real door between the rooms, only a curtain where the door would have been. Guest house: - Room with 2 bunk beds - Alcove with a slightly wider single bed. Note: The bed is suitable for people 170 cm or shorter! - Note: No real door between the rooms, only a curtain where the door would have been. The barn: Summer kitchen - Water - Stove (oven not working) - Cutlery, glasses, plates, etc. - Barbecue area (double) directly outside Living room: - Table and chairs - Sofa set - Bar counter Other things to note The neighbors who live next to the cottage have many animals. One of them is resident year-round and has a large number of cats and rabbits as well as two horses. The property does not have a fence, so it is important that any accompanying dogs are on a leash. The other neighbors who have their place as a holiday home also have a dog, but there is a fence against that plot.
