The house was originally built in 1910 and completely renovated in 2017 and 2018. It offers accommodation in 4 spacious rooms for eight adults and two children. All rooms have their own bathroom and are equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV and internet. The house has a total area of 205 m2. Two young and talented architects designed the house with special attention to detail. Here you will find peace in silence and at the same time enjoy the luxury of a modern villa. The house is spread over two floors. The ground floor consists of a traditionally but luxuriously equipped kitchen that is directly connected to the billiard room. One of the four double rooms can be found on the ground floor, and three double rooms are on the upper floor of the house. On the ground floor there is a separate bathroom and laundry room. From the billiard room you have direct access to the pool, which will inspire you and give you unforgettable moments while enjoying the heated pool or just soaking up the Mediterranean sun. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, two of which have access to a terrace with stunning views of vineyards and olive groves.
