Welcome to the "Downstairs Room" - it is about 30 m2, located on the ground floor and equipped with a double bed (180 x 200 cm), a couch as well as a desk and a dresser. The fireplace is particularly pleasant, which provides cozy warmth in the blink of an eye if needed. Directly opposite is the bathroom with shower and toilet, which is shared with the "Middle Room". On request: For another person, a sleeping place on the couch is possible (+ €40/night excl. local tax) The space On the upper floor is our private area and the "Room Mitte", on the 2nd floor the "Room Upstairs". On the ground floor, next to the “Room Down”, the entrance area, a seminar room - which can be used by our guests for yoga and meditations, as well as our breakfast and recreation room. It has a small kitchen with hotplates, fridge, dishwasher and is available as a common area and offers everything necessary for self-catering. The seminar room leads directly to our natural garden. A warm welcome UNDER ONE ROOF. Quite quickly it was clear that Gerold's former parents' house is too big for two people, and so the idea was born that we – Gerold and Lukas - want to "open" the house and use it more complex. Our vision lies in a place of creativity, the possibility of encounter, retreat, inspiration and silence. A place that is itself in constant development and transformation. We live sustainability, regionality, appreciation and openness. As a queer-friendly (LGBTQI+) accommodation, we welcome people in all their diversity. One of our greatest treasures is definitely the surrounding nature. Forests, water, fields, granite stones, stars at night. The house sits on the outskirts of Raabs on the Thaya. Right on our doorstep, trails lead along the Thaya into the forest and invite you to stroll and hike into the natural landscape. A second focal point and hot highlight is the Thayatal Vitalbad! A really successful sauna landscape with four different saunas, guided infusions, a steam room and an outdoor heated pool – with a direct view of the Thaya and the castle. There is also a sports and wellness pool as well as a slide and an area for children. For all hungry - a gastronomy serves pizza & co. Furthermore, there is the possibility to explore the Thaya during canoe tours, visit Raabs Castle, ride the 111 km long Thayarunde bike path and discover other excursion destinations. BREAKFAST: The breakfast plate You can expect a vegetarian breakfast plate consisting of homemade sourdough bread, cheese, butter, spread, jam, seasonal vegetables as well as yogurt and toppings from our cereal bar.
