Along with its neighbour, Maison Micheline is named after the former habitants of the property. Jean and Micheline lived in the village for over 30 years, before moving down the road to St Severin in 2010. Maison Micheline occupies the left-hand side of the property, which has been transformed into a comfortable, stylish cottage, graced with lots of charm and modern comforts. This delightful stone cottage has been transformed into a stylish retreat, blending traditional charm with modern comforts. Originally rendered in the 1960s, a touch of greenery now enhances the cottage’s grey exterior. Inside, you’ll find original stone walls and oak beams that add character to each room. The downstairs living area features a large stone fireplace, blended with a contemporary feel. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, a large American fridge, and all the utensils needed for holiday dining. At the front of the cottage, there’s a twin room overlooking the village green, along with a separate bath/shower room. At the rear, a cozy double bedroom with an en-suite awaits. Upstairs, the landing leads to a spacious twin bedroom (easily convertible to a double if desired) and a generous master bedroom with ample wardrobe space, an en-suite featuring a double shower, flat-screen TV, and original oak trusses and stone walls. Outside, Maison Micheline boasts a small private garden with BBQ, and dining area, along with an enclosed grassy space perfect for sunbathing or for children to play. With all our amenities just a stone’s throw away, Maison Michelin is an ideal spot for your getaway. As a valued Longeveau guest, you will have access to a range of additional services, from welcome packs and grocery shopping to pre-booked meals, baby packs, and mid-week housekeeping. Guest access Guests staying at Maison Micheline enjoy the charm of a traditional cottage combined with full access to the Longeveau estate’s extensive facilities: heated pools, tennis courts, golf, indoor and outdoor play areas, table tennis, pétanque, babyfoot, bar, restaurant, yoga, and more. A peaceful countryside escape with everything just moments away. Other things to note The main pool is heated and open from April to the end of the season. Baby and toddler packs are available on request (high chair, cot, stair gate, etc.). Maison Micheline has its own private enclosed garden for added peace of mind. Onsite extras include grocery delivery, pre-booked meals, childcare, and wellness treatments – all within the peaceful Longeveau estate.
