Delightful countryside accommodation

The accommodation is located 7 minutes walking distance from St John's village on the North coast of the Island. Largely a rural community, the beautiful parish of St John has a small shopping area, and village pub, around its parish church and parish hall. The cliffs of the north coast afford some of the best views in Jersey. This part of the island is great for walks along cliffs paths and/or countryside and the beautiful bay of Bonne Nuit, minutes from the village, is well worth a visit. The space Although part and attached to the main property, the holiday accomodation has its own private entrance giving access to a corridor leading you to a bathroom, a kitchen/dining area. Another corridor leads you to the bedroom and the lounge/TV area/ CD radio player and DVD player and even a collection of CD and DVD for you to enjoy. There is also a sofa bed for friends who may not wish to share the same bed. The cottage is well equipped with an oven/grill/ 4 hobs , microwave , kettle, toaster, fridge and a washing machine and a clothes horse at disposal. Some books and games are also there at your disposal for enjoyment. Fleetwood cottage has also its own parking space and patio area. Guests receive a complimentary welcome basket for stays of minimum 7 nights or more. Some coffee and tea is also left at their disposal. Guest access Although attached and part of the main property, the granny flat is entirely private. Other things to note - Short washing machine cycles are recommended to avoid water shortage. - We recommend to aerate regularly and specially when the clothes horse is used inside the cottage . - Discounts of 5% on weekly stays and 20% on monthly stays may be applied at the time of the booking, subject to the season. - There is an additional charge of £ 5 / night should you wish to use the sofa bed in the lounge providing that you are only 2 guests. Thank you to let us know before your arrival to ensure there is all necessary sheets ready for you for the second bed. - There is a cleaning option of £ 25 to pay on arrival should you wish to take it as the cottage needs to be left in the same condition than on arrival.
