Hotel-quality linen is provided. Dog-friendly, with dog beds available. Three bedrooms have zip-and-link beds (king or twin). Please request your preferred setup at least 7 days before arrival; otherwise, it cannot be guaranteed. Living Room: Exposed beams, large sofas and decorative fireplace. Kitchen and Dining Room Spacious dining room with seating for up to 20 guests, alongside a fully equipped kitchen with premium appliances to cook up a feast. Bathrooms Three bathrooms serve the house, including en-suites with a deep soaking tub and marble-effect tiling, plus a ground-floor WC. Parking Parking for up to four cars is included on site. Additional vehicles can be parked on the estate for £25 per car, per night. Free parking on-street parking is available on Whitesmith Lane. Pets We welcome pets and can supply dog beds and bowls if requested in advance. Guest access You have the entire main house to yourself, including all six bedrooms, living spaces, garden and hot tub. The tennis court and parts of the estate grounds are shared with two other cottages on site. Other things to note Parts of the house are over 400 years old, with many low oak beams throughout, so care will need to be taken when moving around. The log burners cannot be used due to insurance restrictions. There are garden ponds on the grounds, so children will need to be supervised. Tennis courts and parts of the estate grounds will be shared with two other cottages on site. Upsells such as early check-in, late check-out, and add-on packages are available to enhance your stay, subject to availability. These can be requested after booking through a secure third-party platform and are non-refundable once booked. ID must be provided before check-in. Long-term and contractor stays are welcome.
