Located in the listed village (Small Town of Character) of Maincy, a stone's throw from the Château de Vaux-le-Vicomte, 10 minutes from the Château de Blandy-les-Tours and 20 minutes from Fontainebleau, this charming annexe is situated opposite the owners' house, at the end of a private courtyard. Ideal for those seeking peace and quiet. The village has all the essential amenities: a grocery shop, a pizzeria, a tobacconist's and a bakery. For hiking enthusiasts, there is direct access to a long-distance footpath (GR) just 1 minute's walk away. The space Charming stone accommodation, totally independent and away from the road, ideal for a quiet stay. The renovations were completed in January 2020, with particular attention paid to respecting the environment: the insulation of the walls and ceiling was carried out with wood wool, lime replaced cement, and the floors are made of natural stone or wooden parquet. On the ground floor: - A cozy living room with smart TV for your moments of relaxation. - A fully equipped kitchen: small refrigerator, 2-burner induction hob, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine. Upstairs (accessible via spiral staircase): - A comfortable bedroom with a double bed (160 × 200 cm). - A bathroom with toilet nearby. Guests can enjoy a small shaded outdoor area, equipped with a table and two chairs, also used as a smoking area. Please note: - An additional sleeping area for one person can be installed in the living room upon request. Bicycles are available by reservation to explore the region. Many tourist sites are nearby (castles accessible on foot, by bicycle or by car). Bikes can be booked in advance to explore the local area.
