You have two beautiful, tranquil and private Swedish forest homes for yourself. Enjoy the peace and quiet surrounded by tall pines in the south of Sweden. There is no traffic due to the house being at the end of a long road on a cul de sac. Unwind in your own private spa area with big 25 sqm heated pool and sauna. The perfect getaway for large families or groups. 10km away from nearest town to stock up on supplies and 10 min away from skiresort and adventure park Vallåsen. The space We do provide, pillow and duvets. We don't supply bedlinnen and towels. Bedrooms: 1. The "Rabbit room" with 2 single beds. 2. The "Stripy room" with a double 160cm bed. 3. The "Flower room" with a double 160 cm bed. 4. The "Beech woods room" with a double 180 cm bed. 5. The "Pine Forrest room" with a double 180 cm bed. 6. The entrence to the house includes 2 single bed in a bunk bed. Other things to note The pools temp is normally set at 25 degrees. Please respect the cleaning fee, we can not approve any guest cleaning on their own. All our guest normally leave the house in a very good condition, but we still have to go through the whole house and make sure its up to standard with the cleaning and disinfect. We also clean the whole pool and take care of the heating system between every guest. This takes a whole day. Being a house in the countryside in the middle of a forest. You may see deer, a fox, a moose, spiders and bugs. You may hear a mouse in the roof. Please be aware the house is part of a larger ecosystem. Although we try keep nature out of our home, this is a natural part of country living. :) Because of the extremly high electricity price we will need to charge extra if you have a higher use of electricity than the average. The avarage per day in the house is 34kWh, if you use more than this we will need to charge you 2,5 SEK per kWh We can only accept bookings from guests who have a history rating with Airbnb. Please note that this is a cozy, old country house with a lot of character. To keep the price affordable for everyone, we kindly ask that you bring a few essentials such as toilet paper, soap, kitchen paper towels, candles, and firewood. These items can be easily purchased in town at ICA or Coop, just a 10-minute drive from the house. We want to ensure that your stay is as comfortable as possible, and part of that includes maintaining a clean and safe environment. The cleaning fee for our two houses is 2500 SEK, which covers a full day of cleaning. This includes wiping down all surfaces, vacuuming, mopping, and using high-quality cleaning products to ensure everything is thoroughly cleaned. Additionally, the pool is cleaned and checked to ensure that the chlorine and pH levels are balanced for your safety and enjoyment. We keep the day rate low to offer our guests the best value, and we’ve made sure the cleaning costs are kept as reasonable as possible.
