Downtown Denver is easily accessible by the light rail. The open floor plan makes it easy and fun to gather between the kitchen and living room. The living room makes movies fun with the 12' movie screen, projector, theater sound, and Apple TV. The space This is a two-bedroom home. Each room has a comfy queen bed. The fully-stocked kitchen with concrete countertops is complete with a big sink, dishwasher, range, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. We supply fresh coffee for your stay. The backyard is shared with our lower level apartments. Guests who rent the other apartments access them through their own private entrances via the back patio; you will not have any shared interior space with them. We have taken extra measures to soundproof the spaces. You’ll likely want a car to get around and plan on driving time. And note that Denver International Airport (DIA) is 45 minute drive from the city and not centrally located near any sights. Other things to note We try to cater to families and small groups who are interested in a smoke free property. We have made every effort to put beautiful details in this home.
