Private dedicated guest bathroom in separate building which is a short walk away , porta potty at cabin. Recreation opportunities are endless come stay with us in the Ponderosas , Mountain Views , Fishing, lots of wildlife .Convenient location off Hwy 93 N .Sleeps 4-6. Heat /AC,WIFI, Pet Fee ! The space This property is located on 36 acres of private property there is plenty of room to bring your dog and go for a walk right out the cabin door.With permission we may allow river fishing on our property which is catch and release only. Guest bathroom and shower is located at a separate building similar to a RV park which is a short walk away . Porta Potty also available near cabin which is clean and maintained as this is a dry cabin with no running water. Washer and dryer available for small fee. WIFI Connection available at main house if needed. Kitchen pots and pans, silverware, plates, bowls, glasses, mugs and coffee available at cabin.We do the dishes just come and relax. Please bring paper plates and cups for longer stays. Week or longer stays qualify for 20% discount. Firewood bundles available for $5 each for guests to use in designated fire pit.All fires must be put completely out with water check with host prior to having a campfire for fire danger level. Guest access Plenty of parking located on 36 acres of private property. Other things to note There is no cell phone service at the cabin (or in the immediately surrounding area), but there is wi-fi available for use at main house, and a land line.Pets are welcome if well behaved , not left alone , and potty trained but we do request a pet fee of $20 per pet to account for any extra cleaning time. Please contact host on pet situation before booking to get pre-approval. TV/DVD player in cabin and there is 100s of DVD'S available for use. Will allow for early check in and late check out if I can accomodate based on demand.
