The home is located within the original Eagle Rock Townsite which was later renamed to Idaho Falls. This neighborhood is one of the oldest neighborhoods in Idaho Falls and becoming a highly desired area to live due to its close proximity to Downtown, Snake River Greenbelt, and Snake River Landing. The neighborhood is very quiet and private with very friendly neighbors. There are many unique shops, restaurants, pubs, coffee shops, and bakeries within a short walking distance. A beautiful walk across the river through the Japanese Gardens will take you to Walmart, Starbucks, more restaurants, shops and fast food places. Snake River Greenbelt, Capital Park, playgrounds, and Art museum are only a few hundred feet away. Electric rental scooters are very popular on Greenbelt during non winter months. Tauphus Park and the Idaho Falls Zoo is a short 2 minute drive. Even though the home is very close to Downtown it is very private, quiet, and on a street with very little traffic.
