This modern, newly built apartment with a terrace is located on a quiet side street and offers the utmost living comfort across 82 m². High-quality oak parquet flooring, underfloor heating with individual room control, and a modern ventilation system with heat recovery ensure a comfortable indoor climate all year round. The open-plan, fully equipped kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining and living area. The spacious living area is perfect for relaxing evenings on the sofa—whether for a film night or a cosy get-together. Of course, a smart TV is available for you to use. The two stylishly furnished bedrooms combine comfort and cosiness: One bedroom has a comfortable king-size box spring bed (180 × 200 cm, made up of two 90 × 200 cm mattresses). The second bedroom is fitted with a full-length 180 × 200 cm mattress—perfect for a restful night's sleep for two. Both rooms provide a quiet retreat for restful nights. The modern bathroom, which includes a toilet, shower and large sink, is also equipped with a washing machine and dryer, which you can use free of charge. The apartment also includes a private underground parking space, which can be used free of charge. A passenger lift provides seamless access from the underground car park to the barrier-free flat. Note: A new building is currently being constructed in the neighbourhood. The work will take place on weekdays, which may result in occasional minor noise during the day. However, our guests have not found this to be a nuisance so far. Other things to note Its convenient location makes it an ideal base for excursions and activities. Public transport: The Furtweg stop is just a 1-minute walk away. The Eidelstedter Platz bus station and the Elbgaustraße S-Bahn station are about a 5-minute walk away. You can get to Hamburg city centre in around 25 minutes by S-Bahn. Note: There is currently a construction site in the neighbourhood.
