High-quality oak parquet flooring, underfloor heating with individual room control, and a modern ventilation system with heat recovery ensure a comfortable indoor climate in all seasons. The open-plan, fully equipped kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining and living area. The spacious living area invites you to spend relaxed evenings on the couch – whether for a movie night or a cozy get-together. A smart TV is, of course, at your disposal. The two stylishly furnished bedrooms combine comfort and coziness: One bedroom has a comfortable king-size box-spring bed (180 × 200 cm, consisting of two mattresses, each 90 × 200 cm). The second bedroom is furnished with a full-length mattress measuring 180 × 200 cm – ideal for a restful night's sleep for two. Both rooms offer a quiet retreat for relaxing nights. The modern bathroom, featuring a toilet, shower, and large sink, is also equipped with a washing machine and dryer, which you can use free of charge. A dedicated underground parking space is also part of the apartment and can be used free of charge. A passenger elevator provides step-free access from the underground parking garage to the accessible apartment. Note: A new building is currently being constructed in the neighborhood. The work takes place on weekdays, which means that there may occasionally be some noise during the day. However, our guests have not found this to be a nuisance so far. Other things to note Its convenient location makes it an ideal starting point for excursions and activities. Public transport: The Furtweg stop is just a 1-minute walk away. You can reach the Eidelstedter Platz bus station and the Elbgaustraße S-Bahn station in about a 5-minute walk. By S-Bahn (suburban train), you can get to downtown Hamburg in about 25 minutes.
