The space The studio is located at one of the loveliest neighborhoods in Budapest, famous for its park, the village-like atmosphere, and its tradition in hosting the local intelligentsia. The building is a well-known piece of the finest heritage of Bauhaus-inspired Hungarian modernist architecture, with an extraordinary marble entrance and staircase, surrounded by a myriad of small cafes, restaurants, pastry shops, grocery stores, and for some weird reason, a disproportionate number of beauty salons. It's excellently located, the city-center is within walking distance, and the most important public transportation lines are close by. The apartment has 36 m2 with 12m2 of roof terrace that is looking at the park, the Danube, Margaret-bridge and Margaret-island, and is definitely the perfect spot for breakfasts or glass of wine. The apartment is super sunny throughout the whole day, so in the summer it can get a bit warm during the day. It is fully furnished with some antique furniture and a piano that hasn`t been tuned for a number of years, but is still good to play.
