The space The entryway of the Texas Star leads to the sunken central open living room with many amenities to relax during your stay! Enjoy watching sports or movies on the 65” TV from the comfortable furniture. The kitchen has a large table to gather over meals while overlooking the living area. Step onto the covered patio to the backyard retreat and take a dip in the pool, sunbathe on one of the lounge chairs or enjoy the shade trees. When you’re ready for some privacy, you will find each bedroom has a Roku TV and very comfortable beds. This is the ideal spot for your next visit to the Arlington area! Guest access Entire house Backyard Pool Guests can park one car in garage. Owner has items in garage for yard and pool maintenance. Other things to note The living area is a sunken living area. Guests will need to step down two steps to enter and two steps up to exit the living area to all other parts of the house. The table for meals is a high-top table and may not be appropriate for young children. There is no fence or barrier between the pool and other areas in the backyard. Children MUST be monitored at all times. If you do not swim or are not an experienced swimmer, be aware the pool does have a deep end and exercise caution based on your own abilities. Swimming is at your own risk. The pool is not heated. It is winterized and covered from November to May.
