It is on the seafront and has a private pier. Watching the sunset in this house is a very special feeling. You can swim in front of the house. Kum Adası beach is within walking distance. Lapseki Dalyan beach is a 5-minute drive. Quiet and peaceful in all seasons. The space We previously rented this place on Airbnb under the name "Spacious place on the beach" with our friend OZAN as the host. Then we became co-hosts. Now we are the hosts ourselves. Guest access Our guests can also use our private pier and garden, have a barbecue, take a boat trip on the sea with our secure boat if they wish (this is also subject to a fee), and swim in the sea right in front of the house. Other things to note * Our apartment is for 4 people. If more people stay, an extra fee will be charged. * We do not accept pets. * It is not a party house, parties are not allowed. * We pay close attention to cleanliness and hygiene rules.
