Chic apartment in the old town

We have been renting out our holiday flat, which is in a quiet but central location (e.g. a 5-minute walk to the market or St. Annen Church), since November 2015. So far, we have welcomed over 1,000 guests :) The space Our holiday flat is located on the mezzanine floor of our house and measures 49 m². It has a small hallway, where you turn right into the bathroom (walk-in rain shower and underfloor heating), straight ahead into the large bedroom (double bed 1.60 m wide, with cot) and, on the left, into the living room with adjoining fully equipped kitchenette and a small second bedroom separated by a curtain, e.g. for children (pull-out day bed, 1.60 m wide). Seating (if you want with barbecue) is available in the garden. Guest access Private entrance with vestibule and cloakroom. There is space in the stairwell (7 steps) and vestibule to store items such as prams, bicycles, skis, etc.! Other things to note The city charges a visitor's tax. Therefore, a visitor's tax of €1.80 (reduced rate €0.90, free for children under 6) per person per night is charged from the first night onwards.
