The upper floor is designed with a modern aesthetic, is bathed in natural light, and is ready to comfortably accommodate up to 7 people: Bedrooms: It features 3 beautiful and well-appointed bedrooms with double beds, TVs, nightstands, closets, and high-quality linens. The main (large) bedroom has air conditioning (A/C), while the other two bedrooms are equipped with fans for a pleasant and natural coolness during the summer months. Living Room & Kitchen: A wonderful, open-plan space awaits you. It features a comfortable, fully air-conditioned (A/C) living room with a smart TV, as well as an impressive, fully equipped kitchen (with a large refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, and kitchen island), ideal for preparing home-cooked meals. Guest access As guests of the 1st-floor apartment, you have the following at your disposal: Exclusive (Private) Use: You have full and exclusive access to the entire interior of the 2nd floor (the 3 bedrooms, the living room, the kitchen, the 2 bathrooms) as well as to your large private balcony. Outdoor Areas & Pool (Shared): Going down the steps, the pool, the wooden hammocks, the sun loungers, and the garden are at your disposal! Please note that these outdoor areas on the ground floor level are shared, and you will be using them along with the guests staying in the ground floor apartment of the villa.
