Fully renovated 18th century chalet, 10-seat 200 m² cottage with jacuzzi and sauna. Located in a majestic circus facing the Rochebrune massif, ideal place for mountain activities and rest. Owner Mountain Hiking Guide. In winter: vast cross-country skiing area (42 km), 50 m from the toboggan run, many ski and snowshoe hikes, near Serre Chevalier resort. In summer: numerous hikes from the chalet, lakes, mountain biking, via ferrata, climbing, canyoning, mountaineering, paragliding. The space The cottage has been fully restored and the original architecture has been respected: larch framing, wood half-timbering, lime plaster. Fully equipped and particularly comfortable. The vast and warm stay extended by an open kitchen, encourages conviviality and family reunions. 4-seater sauna, free and private, in the accommodation, as you wish, since the sauna is completely private. Infinity SPA (Jacuzzi) maximum 6 seats: three private time slots (Monday 8:30 pm to 9:30 pm, Wednesday 4:30 pm to 6:00 pm, Friday 6:30 pm to 8pm). Please note that we reserve the right to close access to the relaxation area if it cannot be put into service according to the strict rules of safety and hygiene (breakdowns, change of water volume in case of showers not taken, for example). This one-off closure will in no case be subject to compensation or refund of your stay. Guest access You have access to all parts of the accommodation, including the sauna that is in the accommodation. The relaxation area including the Jacuzzi is in another building, 50 m from the chalet. You have access to 3 private time slots during the week. Other things to note We would like to point out that rentals are from Saturday to Saturday. No pets allowed. The beds are made upon arrival. Sheets, duvet covers, pillow covers.
