We have an allergy-free dog, which can be perceived by extra sensitive allergy sufferers. Longest rental in summer: 3 weeks. The space Lovely welcoming and fully-equipped kitchen is the heart of the house, with new appliances and spacious dining area, and exit to the large south-facing terrace where you can enjoy the summer, and a tiled stove for chilly autumn evenings and beautiful winter days. From the kitchen, it is open up to the upper floor, which has large bright social areas for socializing and relaxing. Double glass doors out from the kitchen to a large terrace to the south on the privacy-protected back, partially covered with a roof for rainy days. Well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, oven & stove, fridge & freezer, toaster, waffle iron, etc. Plenty of spices and tea that you are welcome to use. Newly renovated bathroom with shower and washing machine on the ground floor, and completely newly decorated open upstairs with lovely common areas, desk, four beds and an extra toilet. Total 8 beds: - 1 bedroom with double bed (160 cm) - 1 bedroom/children's room with bunk bed (sleeps 2) - The upper floor has a day bed (2 beds) and 2 single beds - The TV room also has a sofa bed that can be used as an extra bed, and a crib is available to borrow. Overlooking meadows with grazing horses and visiting deer. The house has a cozy, mature garden with fresh garden furniture and a barbecue for pleasant summer evenings. Enjoy the garden's fruits, berries, spices and vegetables depending on the season! Plenty of toys, games & puzzles if the weather calls for indoor activities. Fiber optic cable, Wi-Fi included. Note: • Guests need to bring their own bed linens and towels. (Duvets and pillows are available.) • We don't charge a cleaning fee; guests clean before check-out. Cleaning equipment is on site. Guest access You have full access to the whole house, except for some closets, etc. where we store personal belongings and clothes. Other things to note 1. Cleaning is not included, but is performed by the guest before check-out, so that the next guest is also greeted by a clean accommodation. Cleaning materials are on site. 2. Bed linens and towels are not included. (If bed linens or towels are nevertheless used by the guest, SEK 250/person will be charged.) 3. Do you have small children? The railing to the upper floor is open below the handrail (see pictures); if you consider it a risk for them, we suggest that you walk together on the stairs.
