LAGOA SHONGILE (beautiful lagoon)

"lagoa shongile", in the heart of tofo village, spectacular view on the (dry and green) lagoon, quiet, contemporary furniture, poolbillard, table football, dart, professional brasilian beachball (frescoball) equipment, 1 min to beach, same to the tiny supermarket, all other facilities (diving centres, bars, restaurants, informal market etc.) in the range of 300m, domestic servant (8h per day included, watchman from 7 p.m. to dawn. in one word: matchless. The space the Sala is a stylish comtempory furnished room, which invites to chill or watch movies or listen to the music or anything. there is no cable- or satellite transmission yet, but plenty of movies to watch. further on we have a very good soundsytem. free WiFi in all rooms. american kitchen next to living room, varanda with sofa and dining table and view on the lagoon. open garden shower next to it. both indoor bathrooms offer hot water with baths and shower. living- and bedrooms are decorated with some nice pieces of arts. the toilets are equipped with watertubes to be used when you don`t like papers. Guest access since we usually will be renting out for couples or friends, the guests will have access to every room in the house, acording to their internal privacy politics. the price is for the house up to six persons (and max. 2 children not older than six). in rare cases and only on special request and when nobody of my family is in tofo, we can acomodate 2 more people in the "dependencia" (second tiny house on the ground with kitchen and bahtroom) on base of a surcharge. separate entrance. Other things to note in case you don`t know tofo or even mozambique yet, some words about climate: dry and cool season ("winter") from may to october, temperature around 25 in the day and down to 15 in the nighttime. very hot and humid up to 40, mostly 35 with some rain december to february. the sea 24 in winter and 28 in summer. sometimes stong currents. be careful.
