Boardwalk Resort and Villas features all the amenities you need including an ocean view fitness center, a heated indoor oceanfront pool and hot tub, laundry facilities and a private parking garage. Rockfish Bar and Sea Grill is located onsite and not only serves fresh seafood, pasta and steaks, but features an impressive collection of Beatles memorabilia. Rockfish is open for lunch and dinner seasonally. The space 1 Bedroom accommodation with queen bed, queen sleeper sofa in living room, full kitchen, city view. Guest checking in must be at least 21 years of age with a valid ID and credit card for security deposit. Pricing and availability may vary. This is a timeshare resort but attending a presentation or taking a tour is NOT required. All units are assigned by the resort. Unit view, floor, and location of unit on property cannot be guaranteed. Once reservations are confirmed, you will be asked for the name and address of the main guest who will check in (the resort's front desk will also ask for this information when you check in but obtaining this information beforehand will expedite the check in process) along with an email address to receive a personal confirmation.
