Enjoy the cozy, covered terrace with a small, lovingly designed property. Here you will find a beach chair, a table with four chairs and an electric grill – perfect for a relaxed dinner with sausages, baguette or fresh vegetables. For the little (and big) guests there is a rocking chair, which provides additional fun o The house is spread over 2 floors and can accommodate up to 6 people. A modern air conditioning system (on the ground floor and in a bedroom facing south) ensures a pleasant air temperature o Bedrooms: Two bedrooms with 2 comfortable sleeping places each invite you to dream. o Work area: A workstation is at your disposal if you need to work during your stay. o Bathroom: In the modern bathroom you will find a washing machine with many functions, washing powder, a dryer, a hair dryer and hygiene products such as facial tissues, shampoo, shower gel and bubble bath. o Living and dining area: On the first floor you will find a spacious living and dining area with a large window that opens up to the garden. Here you can make yourself comfortable and enjoy the tranquility. Children are welcome! Just let us know if children are traveling with you and plenty of activities will be provided. Busy children, happy parents! A children's playground is 100 m from the property. o Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to prepare your meals – from plates and cutlery to a coffee machine, kettle, microwave, oven, toaster, blender and Dolce Gusto coffee machine. Tea bags and some spices are also available. o Welcome gift: Upon arrival, you will find 2 bottles of water, a bottle of sparkling wine and a pack of pasta and tomato sauce. o Even more small amenities from 3 nights: the use of the garage is included in the price, a pair of slippers per guest o Entertainment and communication: A TV and Wi-Fi are provided. Guest access You have a garden at your disposal that you can use alone. Contactless access: Use the key box for convenient and secure access to the vacation home. Other things to note A garage is available at the house and can be rented for EUR 5/night if needed. Please note that the driveway into the garage for extremely large cars could prove difficult. However, there are also public paid parking spaces available. The prices here are: Mon.-Fr. 08:00-19:00 and Sat. 08:00 AM - 2:00 PM for 0.25 EUR/hr. For stays of 5 nights or more, the price for the garage is included. Please note that for longer stays of 1 month or more, the cost of electricity will be charged according to consumption.
