Chalés Villa Pier Cumuruxatiba (AM)

We are less than 50 meters from the beach, in addition to having a large, airy living space with lots of nature, with several species of native birds that visit daily to feed. The space Home We have four identical cottages, except for the external color. All accommodation is a private (unshared) space, with: • Bedroom: double bed, bedspread, sheet, pillows, pillowcases and air-conditioning. • Bathroom: electric shower, toilet and bath towels. • Washroom: sink with mirror and face towel. • Kitchen (integrated with the living room): refrigerator, microwave, sink, cooktop (2 burners), set of pots and pans, cutlery, corkscrew, glasses, cups and napkins (if you break something, let us know, so that the next guests don't miss anything). • Living room (integrated with the kitchen): table with chairs, sofa bed (accommodates up to two people) and fan. • Balcony: net and hook to secure the pet. • Laundry: behind each cottage is a small tank, clothesline, broom, squeegee, shovel and floor cloth. The entrance door slides (to the left) and all windows have mosquito nets. Smoking is not allowed inside the accommodation, only on the balcony or in the laundry area. Common Space There are three areas that can be used by everyone: • Shower: place at the entrance with shower to clean sand and salt from the body. • Mexican hat: connecting place for all cottages, with a central table in the shape of a ship's wheel in the shade of ornamental plants. • Open hut: place with barbecue, cutting board, knife, long fork, sink, tables and chairs. Smoking is allowed in common areas, as long as it is away from other guests. The common area is a great place to exchange experiences with other guests. After using it, leave it ready for others to enjoy as well. Pet About your pet: • Is it trained to relieve itself in pre-determined places, such as a litter box or mat? • Is it trained not to dig or chew on anything other than its own toys? • Is it sociable with other pets and children? • Does the pet weigh less than 7 kg? If you answered yes to all the questions, we'll be happy to welcome you! For the stay, the following is not allowed: • More than one pet per chalet. • For the pet to be loose outside the chalet (there is a hook to secure the leash on every balcony, a place where it can move freely). • For the pet to stay in the chalet without you being with it (if you leave, you must take your pet with you). • For the pet to relieve itself outside the proper places (accidents can occur and must be cleaned immediately). Clean All cottages are cleaned and sanitized before your stay. When you leave, please leave the kitchen clean. The common area should be cleaned after use. The trash must be placed on the street, in the trash can on the right side (collection is carried out daily, early in the morning). Electricity and water Air-conditioning, lights, fan, etc. must be turned off when leaving the chalet. The electrical network is 220v. The garden water is collected from the rain; the chalet's water is piped. But both have their natural renewal time. So, use it well. Sound The chalet is in a quiet area, offering invigorating nights of sleep. Therefore, after 10 p.m., we ask that you be careful with the volume of conversation, musical instruments and electronic devices. Guest access There is a parking space for each chalet. The gate slides open (to the right). Other things to note We will be honored to have you in our chalet and share our experience of more than 30 years in Cumuru. Cumuruxatiba, or just Cumuru, is on the coast of whales, where you can see humpback whales from July to October. Praia do Píer, Cumuru's main beach, is 50 meters from your chalet, and the sea, a spectacle apart, is warm and calm. An attractive invitation even for bathers who cannot swim or for people who are still discovering the beauty of feeling the body lightened by the density of salt water. Here, you only need to pay attention to the tide table. If you want to walk on the beach, and the tide is high, where is the beach? If you want to bathe in the sea, and the tide is empty, where is the sea? All beaches have trees to provide natural shade. Your umbrella will be happy about that. The sky at night, especially during the new moon (no moon), invites you to travel through the Milky Way, the Three Marys, the Southern Cross, and many other stars you know (it's worth creating your own too!).
