The space This charming 265m² house can accommodate up to 10 to 12 people, ideally 8 adults and 4 children, or a maximum of 10 adults. 🌳 ⚠️ IMPORTANT: 2 extra beds (for children) 👶🛏️. On the ground floor, you will find: - A large entrance hall (living room) with an extra bed (trundle bed) ; - A well-equipped open kitchen with a central island 🍽️ ; - A cozy living room with a wood stove for winter 🔥 ; - A second living room with a garden view 🌿 ; - A dining area with a large table for 12 people 🍴 ; - 1 separate WC with a sink 🚻 ; - 1 laundry room with a washing machine 🧺. ⚠️ No air conditioning, but fans are available. On the first floor, you will find 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a shower room, WC, storage, desk, and TV 📺: - 2 double bedrooms with Queen-size beds (160) 🛏️ ; - 2 triple bedrooms with one Queen-size bed (160) and one single bed (80) 🛏️. A crib and a high chair are also provided 👶. Equipment: Senseo coffee machine, kettle, toaster, American fridge, wine cellar 🍷, gas stove, washing machine, iron and ironing board, gas barbecue. Outside, enjoy a dining area for 12 people with a gas barbecue. The owners’ pool 🏊‍♂️ is privatized for you from 10 am to 12 pm and from 3 pm to 6 pm ⏰. The house is located near the course of the Beaujolais International Marathon 🏃‍♂️, the Denicé Equestrian Center 🐎, and the local vineyards 🍇. Guest access You have the entire house at your disposal. The swimming pool is dedicated to you according to the following times: 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. the swimming pool is unheated, you can use it after may 15th. Other things to note ***Cleaning Fees*** Cleaning fees included: - the supply and maintenance of quality hotel linen (sheets, bath towels, hand towels, kitchen towels); - consumables; - cleaning services carried out by professionals upon your departure. ***Housing rules*** -If you want to go see the animals, don't hesitate to ask our gardener, he will be happy to take you! - The person booking must be present during the stay. - Parties are prohibited in this accommodation. - Animals are not allowed in this accommodation. - We ask you to respect calm between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. in the morning. - The tenant agrees to throw his trash into the appropriate containers (instructions in our guide). - The accommodation must be kept in a normal state of cleanliness during the stay. ***Attention*** Use of the swimming pool is under the strict responsibility of adults.
