There is little interaction between the host and guests. This space is also more accommodating to traveling professionals and working men between the ages of 26 - 60. This location is community centered. I meet with clients here. Guest access You will need 2 verifications to be accepted. Keys and internet code will be provided upon arrival. Meetings and community activity happens here. Keep your room locked! Other things to note All utilities are included in the rent (water, gas, electricity). Conserving usage of the utilities keeps the rate at this location affordable. We are private rentals. Not a hotel. Please tidy up behind yourself and bring or buy the additional supplies that may not be provided at this particular location. You will need 2 verifications to be accepted. Do not move in ANY additional items during your stay. No guest at all. If you are looking for absolute silence, I suggest another place to stay. I host community events at this location.
