The space Welcome to the “Schillerblick” city villa, where modern elegance meets high-quality amenities across 240 square meters spread over two floors. The villa offers a luxurious and thoughtfully designed living environment for up to eight people. Living and dining area: The heart of the home is the spacious, open-concept living and dining area with high stucco ceilings and elegant hardwood floors. Large windows flood the rooms with natural light. The elegant living area, with its inviting seating, is the perfect place to relax. Kitchen: The modern, fully equipped kitchen offers plenty of space for culinary adventures. The large dining table provides the perfect setting for shared meals. Bedrooms: Four stylishly furnished bedrooms are available for a restful night’s sleep: Two spacious rooms with comfortable king-size beds. A versatile room with two single beds, ideal for children or friends. A fourth stylish bedroom that also invites you to relax. Bathrooms: The master bathroom is a small private wellness sanctuary. The centerpiece is the freestanding bathtub, perfect for long, relaxing soaks by candlelight or with a view through the large windows into the lush garden. Those who prefer a more modern style will enjoy the large walk-in waterfall shower. Another tastefully decorated bathroom and a modern restroom ensure plenty of privacy and comfort for all guests. Outdoor areas: Enjoy relaxing moments outdoors: - Private garden with terrace - Outdoor dining area and sun loungers - Grill and fire pit Important: Our rental apartment is intended exclusively for quiet guests who value relaxation. Please avoid making noise inside the house and on the terrace outside of quiet hours (10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.). Parties and loud events are not permitted. To ensure this for all guests and neighbors, we use modern noise-monitoring devices (without audio recording, 100% GDPR-compliant). You will receive a warning in the event of noise disturbances. If the noise continues, we will be forced to terminate your reservation and charge a cancellation fee of €500. Guest access Guests have full and exclusive access to the entire apartment, which offers 240 square meters of living space. This includes all four bedrooms, both bathrooms, the living and dining areas, and the kitchen. In addition, the private garden and terrace are available for your exclusive use. You’ll enjoy complete privacy throughout your stay. Other things to note - The apartment is located on the first floor of the villa and spans two floors, so climbing stairs is required. - The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and coffee maker. - Bedding and towels are provided for all guests. - A high chair and a crib are already available; additional ones can be provided upon request. - Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. - Our rental apartment is intended exclusively for quiet guests who value relaxation.
