Shared swimming pool. Outdoor seating area in front of the apartment. Hot water by solar, with electric backup on cloudy days. Just a 10-minute walk to shops, restaurants, the park, and the nearest bus stop. Pets welcome, especially dogs! Other things to note Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. If this rule is violated, the guest will be responsible for any additional professional cleaning and odor removal costs. A charge of up to 5,000 TL may apply, depending on the extent of the cleaning required. ————————————————————- Shared Swimming Pool – Open Seasonally The pool is not open all year round. It usually opens at the end of April, depending on the weather conditions. The pool is closed in end of October. ————————————————————- Important: Shared Pool Usage Rules The swimming pool is shared with neighbors and other residents of the complex. Guests are expected to use all common areas respectfully and in a manner appropriate for a family-friendly community. Public nudity, sexual activity, or any behavior that may make other residents or guests uncomfortable is not permitted and may result in the immediate termination of the reservation without refund. ————————————————————- Host Cancellation Policy During Check-in The host reserves the right to cancel a reservation at the time of check-in if there are reasonable concerns regarding guest identity, safety, or suspicious behavior. This may include, but is not limited to, situations where the guest has a newly created Airbnb account with no profile photo, no reviews from previous hosts, incomplete profile information, or other indicators that may raise safety or trust concerns. In such cases, the reservation may be cancelled at check-in. If a cancellation occurs under these circumstances, the booking will be fully refunded according to Airbnb policies. ————————————————————- Swimming Pool – Liability and Safety Notice The swimming pool is a shared/common area, and its use is entirely at the guests’ own risk. The host shall not be held responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries, drowning, death, or loss that may occur in or around the swimming pool. Cleaning and maintenance of the swimming pool are common-area services carried out periodically by third-party service providers, not by the host. These services are neither performed nor directly controlled by the host. Accordingly, the host does not provide any guarantee regarding the continuity, timing, adequacy, or that the swimming pool will always comply with health and hygiene standards. Within this scope, use of the swimming pool is entirely at the guests’ own risk and responsibility. Children under the age of 18 must be under the continuous and active supervision of a responsible adult at all times. Unsupervised use of the swimming pool by children is strictly prohibited. Guests are fully responsible for their own safety and for the safety and conduct of their children and any accompanying persons while using the pool area. By staying at the property and/or using the shared swimming pool, guests are deemed to have expressly acknowledged and accepted all risks, responsibilities, and liabilities arising from pool use for themselves and any minors under their care, and declare that they shall not assert any rights, claims, or legal actions against the host in this regard.
