The townhouse has three bedrooms on the second floor where the Master Bedroom is furnished with a King-size bed (180 x 200 cm), a large wardrobe and an ensuite full bathroom. The second room is furnished with a Super Single-size bed (100 x 200 cm) and a large wardrobe. A floor mattress is provided for the fourth guest and can be laid down on the floor of the second bedroom. The third bedroom is converted into a dedicated working space / reading room with two desks and a lounge chair. Books to read during your stay are provided as well. A second full bathroom is also available on the second floor accessed through the foyer. The ground floor of the house provides a cozy space for a living room with a one-seater and two-seater sofas and a 58-inch smart TV; a dining area with wooden dining table and chairs that seat up to 6 people; and a fully equipped kitchen that allows you to cook your own meals. The kitchen provides a stove with two burners, a microwave, a medium size fridge, cooking utensils and also dining wares. Dishwashing liquid is available for use during your stay. A small powder room is located behind the kitchen and underneath the stair. There is a small courtyard on the ground floor, accessed through a sliding door from the living room, that leads to a laundry area and a storage space. A washer is available to be utilized during your stay and a drying rack can be set-up in this space to dry your clothes. The carport fits two cars and available to use during your stay.
