VILLA MILA - AGRITURISMO The Villa, of more than 900 sq. mt. and surrounded by a private park of green lawns and secular plane trees, is rented entirely to only one group of persons and can host up to 23 pers. (12 pax minimum + up to 11 pax with an additional fare of Euro 75.00 per night over 12 people). Villa Mila lies along the Adige river in the village of Villa Bartolomea, in the province of Verona National Touristic ID (CIN): IT023095B5WC39EKN2 - Regional ID (CIR): 023095-AGR-00004 The space Villa Mila is furnished with antique paintings and furniture and has the carachter of a family old mansion but equpped with every modern comfort. The kitchen and the dining room are fully provided with cutlery, dishes, glasses and crockery up to 30 people. Good restaurants are available in the surroundings and in-house meals of good quality can be arranged by the host for evening dinners. For any booking requesting more than 12 guests, a specific contract should be exchanged between the Owner and the Guest. Guest access At the first floor there are 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms and one toilet at the ground floor. At the second floor there are 8 bedrooms and 5 other bathrooms. Also 3 children beds and 3 baby cots are available to be placed in any bedroom. Upon request 2 twin beds can be switched into double beds. The Guests have exclusive access to the large park around the Villa - of about 2 hectars - where they can also park their cars. The large terraces and a barbecue can also be used for outdoor meals. Other things to note The villa is in the heart of a highly suggestive rural setting comprised of the ample plains of the 'Great Veronese Valleys'. The village of Villa Bartolomea was part of the feudal possessions of the present owner's ancestors since the 15th century. Here the three regions of Veneto, Lombardy and Emilia Romagna come together, offering attractions of great cultural, artistic and environmental interest. Ideal position for visiting cities and places of enormous appeal such as: Verona, Mantua, Ferrara, Vicenza, Padua, Lake of Garda and the Delta of the Po river (all within the distance of 60 Km). And Venice is only 100km far! CENTRAL HEATING PAYABLE APART ON CONSUMPTION BASIS. Final cleaning costs of the entire villa and its park shall be charged to the Guest, and paid in cash upon arrival, for an amount of Euro 700.00, up to 12 people, and Euro 45.00 for any additional person over 12. A security deposity of Euro 800.00 shall be also requested to the Guest, and paid in cash upon arrival, and shall be reimbursed to the Guest at his departure unless any brekeage or damage caused by the latter must be reimbursed to the owner. A Municipality Tourist tax of Euro 1,5 per person per night must also be paid and collected by the Owner. Any special event, with the participation of other persons, over the number of the residential guests, must be agreed separately with a specialized company cooperating with us. The owner reserves the right to submit to the Guest, for execution by both parties, a rental agreement reproducing all ancillary terms and conditions of the rental as above described.
