Set among majestic gum trees, our cosy farm-stay cottages offer stunning views of Bundaleera Vineyard and the Relbia countryside beyond. Bundaleera, meaning 'place among the trees', is the perfect location to explore Northern Tasmania, including the renowned Tamar Valley wine region and the historic city of Launceston with its many attractions, like the spectacular Cataract Gorge. The space Set within a 13-acre property, our farm-stay cottages offer comfort and tranquility. The modern country-style cottages are fully self-contained. Just move in, take in the views and enjoy a local wine or two if you like! This cottage, the Magpie, is our two-bedroom suite, accommodating up to four people with two bedrooms and one large bathroom. The Magpie cottage has one room with a queen bed and the other room has two single beds. There is a fully equipped open plan kitchen with connecting lounge room. This cottage includes a split system for heating and cooling, as well as a laundry with washing machine and dryer. Perfect for those looking for a vineyard escape! Guests are also very welcome to use the shared gardens located outside the cottage or take a stroll around the property. We have wi-fi to help you stay connected and plan your adventures around Tasmania. We offer guests discounted wine tastings and wine is also available for purchase in your cottage at discounted prices. Access is via a shared driveway with ample parking on the premises. The cottage is also accessible and suitable for all abilities. Bundaleera Vineyard and Farm Stay is a convenient 12 minute drive from the Launceston Airport and a 13 minute drive to the Launceston city centre. Josef Chromy Wines is also a short walk from our property, or an even shorter drive, making Bundaleera the perfect place to stay if you are attending functions at Josef Chromy. We offer convenient self check-in via secure lockbox, so you can check in any time that suits you after 2.00PM. We will often be working around the vineyard so will be available to answer any questions and give you our local tips for things to do and see in the area. Bundaleera is a working vineyard, which means people and machinery may come and go from time to time. This is all part of the unique experience of staying in a vineyard! Also available for booking is our one-bedroom cottage, the Rosella, which can can accommodate up to two people (one queen room). The Magpie and Rosella cottages are located close by (no more than 20 meters apart) but also private. If you are a larger group you may wish to book both our cottages.
