Kibuvitsa house is located 7 km from Kuressaare on the lovely Muratsi peninsula. The house accommodates up to 10 people, perfect for families and gatherings. The house was built in 2007. Ideal for those who appreciate peace and privacy. The space Ideal for those who appreciate peace and quiet and natural surroundings, the house features an open concept design with lots of sunlight and unique design. Paintings by Reiner Kühnle decorate the walls and the atmosphere is relaxed – no electric radiators and no drywall. The house is surrounded by juniper trees and is near the forest and you can listen to the owl's at nightThe house is a mere five minute drive from the city. The city has everything you might need – petrol stations, bicycle and car rentals, hospital and tourist information office. Kuressaare also features several SPA's, a new golf course, tennis courts, a medieval castle and shopping. Enjoy the museums, cinema, night clubs and summer outdoor events. There is even an airport approx. 8 km from the house. There is a harbour and beach just 1.5 km from the house. For those interested in fishing; it is possible to fish from the dock or to rent a boat from local fishermen. The beach has been fixed up with EU monies. The sandy beach has a swing and climbing trees for children, dressing rooms, tables and chairs etc. Space - first floor: Open concept living room, kitchen, bathroom, sauna and one bedroom with two single beds. In the middle of the living room there is a red brick fireplace. Plenty of sunlight is provided by floor-to-ceiling windows. Digital television, DVD and CD player and WiFi access. The dining room table sits 8 people. The kitchen has everything you may need, oven, stove, fridge, coffee maker, toaster, pots pans, plates, cups, wine glasses, champagne glasses, forks-knifes, owenpans, owen pots etc. The sauna offers easy access to the terrace. Have a cold beer and enjoy the sunset while cooling off! The hot tub can be rented separately for 100 eur/night. The terrace is ideal for a morning coffee. There is also an outdoor grill and comfortable garden chairs. Very safe for children as the house is far from the main roads and surrounded by juniper trees. There is also plenty of space for tents. Second Floor: There are three bedrooms, a bathroom (with bathtub) and a large corridor with table and chairs, almost like an upstairs living room, extra bed. One bedroom has a double bed, a crib and large floor-to- -ceiling windows. The other bedrooms have a double bed and two single beds respectively. There is also a couch that can sleeping two people. The house is heated by a wood-burning stove and an air pump and there is also a cooling mechanism if it gets too hot in the summer. Wood is provided but you must bring your own charcoal if you wish to use the outdoor grill. Bed linen, towels, garbage bags are all provided. Feel free to use the laundry machine and ironing board/iron. Parking is available for up to 5 cars.
