Beautiful bright granny apartment with private access and garden in quiet residential area in the heart of Laer (25 km from Münster) The nearest shops (Edeka; bakery; etc.) can be reached in about 5-10 minutes on foot. You have your own parking space. You can reach Münster by car in about 25 minutes or by bus (walking distance about 10 minutes) in 30 minutes The space The apartment has its own bathroom as well as a small kitchen, its own living room with sofa bed and 42-inch TV and a dining table with 4 seats. As well as a bedroom with a 1.60 m bed and large wardrobe. The apartment is fully equipped. Please note: since the washing machine is in the basement, it is only available by prior arrangement. Guest access The apartment is located on the ground floor and is accessible via only one step. For the most part, the apartment is suitable for the elderly and disabled. Guests have their own parking space (if more than one car, please inquire in advance). A private terrace with a grill (for grilling, please let us know in advance) as well as a private garden are also available. Other things to note The apartment is a self-contained apartment and thus in a detached house. Nevertheless, it offers its own entrance. As well as a garden and terrace for your own use. For longer stays, the use of the laundry cellar is possible by arrangement. Please clarify in advance! Children under 4 years do not have to pay anything. Please let us know so that we can provide enough bed linens and towels. Please note that in the apartment there is !none! crib is available in the apartment and this must be brought along if necessary.
