Rental unit in Postbauer-Heng

In our low-energy house with centrally controlled underfloor heating, we rent this completely independent apartment with approx. 50 m² of living space. Entrance area with wardrobe, a spacious living/dining and cooking area, a bedroom and a bathroom with barrier-free shower. 2 sunny terraces furnished in the summer months. The apartment is accessible. Parking space right outside the front door. S-Bahn on site (about 2 km) BAB A3/6/9 about 15 minutes away The space The kitchen is fully equipped with cutlery, dishes, glasses, pots, frying pan and dish towels. There is also a kettle, a toaster and a coffee capsule machine (capsules are available). In the bathroom, there are plenty of hand towels and bath towels. In the cleaning cupboard in the bathroom, there is a vacuum cleaner, a small broom and various cleaning agents and cloths. The beds each measure 90 x 200 cm. On request, we can gladly push the beds together. For smaller children, both a crib for babies (approx. 80 x 40 cm) and a travel crib (60 x 120 cm) are available free of charge. Guest access The garden and the existing clothes dryer can be shared. Bicycles, etc., can be stored in the garden house. Please understand that smoking is not allowed in the apartment or on the wooden terrace. Other things to note The heating should provide a standard 21°C living room temperature throughout the apartment during the heating season.
