Enjoy the quietness of the countryside in our small 130 m² Champagne house. Our farm is located in Droyes in a peaceful hamlet surrounded by forests, meadows, close to Lake Der and its many activities (5 km). The space We renovated our gîte by highlighting the architecture of the past (beams, tiles, bricks). The sober and neat decoration gives you a warm and friendly atmosphere in a rustic and authentic setting. With a capacity of 6/8 people, our gîte can ideally accommodate 2/3 couples with 2 children (additional crib on request). - Ground floor: one bedroom (bed for 2 people 140 X 190, a bathroom and an independent toilet), a kitchen with wood stove, a living room with a sofa (extra bed for 2 people), a wood stove and a beautiful brick bread oven transformed into a pizza oven. - Floor: one bedroom (bed for 2 people 160 X 200), a living room with a bunk bed for 2 children (90 X 180). At your disposal: Modern and economical equipment, a private terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, vast green spaces with trees and flowers (semi-enclosed), half a hectare of forest with mountain bike trails, an orchard with many fruit trees, a reserved parking space in the courtyard of the farm... RATES !!!!! Mandatory services: - Electricity: accurate calculation using a meter. Rates: €0.2072/kWh in peak hours and €0.1596/kWh in off-peak hours (from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.). In summer, it is necessary to count a few euros per day and in cold weather, it is necessary to provide an average of €50 of heating per week (depending on weather conditions, favoring wood heating and using electric radiators in a reasonable way). - Animals: €20 per stay Additional services (not mandatory): - Rental of sheets, towels and linen: €12 per person Each bed is equipped with a mattress pad, a duvet and a pillow per person. If you'd like to bring your own sheets, we'll make sure each bed has a fitted sheet, duvet cover, and pillowcase per person. For hygiene and comfort, we prohibit sleeping bags! - Firewood: €60 per cubic meter (estimate depending on consumption: a cubic meter of wood will be stored near your cottage.) - Bike rental (€10 per person the first day + €5 per person per additional day), promotion of local products (champagne, beer, duck, eggs...), garden vegetables, orchard fruits. - Baby equipment (stroller, baby bed, chair, bathtub, changing table): €10/stay Rental conditions: - We accept last-minute bookings, seasonal rentals, company workers as well as animals (vacation vouchers accepted). - Open all year round: rental from Saturday to Saturday in high season and during school holidays (except in low and mid season for weekends, mid-week)
