GUESTS 6 MONTHS & UP MUST BE FULLY VACCINATED & BOOSTED TO RESERVE. Be our guest in this lovely guest house on Lake Minnesuing! It features a spacious sleeping loft for up to 5 people. Next door is a public access for launching boats. A county park with quiet beach is across the lake & a golf course is just down the road. In 10 minutes you can be fishing, canoeing/kayaking the famous Brule River. Duluth/Superior along the shores of the world's largest fresh water lake is 30 minutes away. The space My husband & I designed & built our guest house from the ground up. The walls are finished in tongue & groove pine throughout. The loft features two queen beds & one twin, & overlooks the main level with a gas fireplace & plenty of seating. A wall of windows carries the eye up to a tall, vaulted ceiling. The tile floors throughout the main level are heated, to keep you & your feet cozy in the winter. There's a full kitchen complete with appliances, pots & pans, dishes & utensils, plus a Keurig and Mr. Coffee-type coffee makers. The bathroom is just too cute! You'll find a washer & dryer in the attached garage, should you need one. We'd love it if you would sign our guest book:) We want to keep a record of all our wonderful guests! Also, please note that the sign at the end of our driveway says "Chet & Vi Anderson." They were my parents & originally bought this property in 1959. The sign remains as a tribute to them! Guest access Everything in the attached garage is our personal property. Washer & dryer are for guests' use. The guest house sits about 200' off the lake, with a view. (The main house is closer to the lake.) Guests are free to enjoy the whole yard, sit on the bench on the dock or in the lawn chairs scattered about. Make yourself at home! Other things to note Please note that while COVID and its variants are still with us, we ask that all guests ages 6 months and up have been vaccinated and boosted by the date of their arrival. We take the safety of our guests very seriously. Once you're in a 1 1/2-mile radius of our guest house, you'll find yourself on dirt roads that actually are "as old as dirt!" Please slow down.
