A 2 bedroom/1 bath 1947 Beach cottage with modern amenities and updates. A combo kitchen//living area, and separate dining area allow for easy living. Not to mention a pavered patio on the front & back. Fast Wifi, Roku TV, and YouTube TV ensure the three - 55" smart TVs always entertain. A washer/dryer, beach necessities, and queen and king beds leave you rested and fresh for your next day's adventure. An easily walkable stroll to the beach and village liven up your days and nights. The space This 1947 cottage features and amazing wood beamed ceiling blended with tongue and groove wood panels, tile floors and tongue and groove wooden walls all brought together in a fresh, airy, painted off-white interior. Front and back doors let in the light while providing safety and security via deadbolts and a keypad. Exterior lighting makes it easy to spend evenings outside or light your way as you return home from your daily excursions. The repurposed carport makes an ideal place to sit and relax as you read, surf the net, snack or simply watch the neighborhood goings ons. Speaking of neighbors, the property is blessed to have some island friendly permanent residents nearby to offer advice, suggestions and even some help should you need it. If you prefer, you can even take advantage of the spacious pavered patios on the front and the back of the cottage. The cottage ambiance remains constant year to year while it is always in a state of "new and improved." Guest access Full and private access of the cottage and outdoor spaces with a fenced and gated yard for our furry friends. Other things to note We love being a "pet-friendly" destination. That said, we realize not everyone has pets. So, all additional charges for pets go directly to the housekeeper as an incentive to make the cottage perfect for everyone. We expect the cottage to be spic and span for ALL guests — super clean, odor free and hair free. That's a tall order given the vintage charm of the structure, the sand, nature and the open-air environment most are seeking. But we are up to the task. That said, Florida beach life isn't for everyone and we respect that. We respectfully ask our guests to let us know if we have fallen short anywhere so we have a chance to remedy the situation if possible.
