The holiday home is located in the car-free Holiday park "Europa-Feriendorf" on the southern slope of a nice valley at the outskirts of the Sauerland. The house is 42m² in size, it was completely renovated in 2014 and furnished in maritime style. It is equipped with everything you need for a perfect holiday. There is the restaurant/bar "The Vagenbond" in the park, an adventure playground, miniature golf, a football and volleyball field, table tennis, and a free WLAN/WIFI throughout the park. The space The large panoramic window and the high ceiling make the living room look spacious and bright. A Full-HD TV with a picture diagonal of 40 inches and a CI+ card slot, satellite system and smart TV is just as much missing as an integrated 2.1 sound system with a player for CDs, DVDs and Blu-rays, an integrated radio and a USB connection for smartphones, USB sticks, MP3 players, iPod or iPad. The Colonia sofa bed can be converted into a comfortable bed for 2 persons with one simple movement. You sleep on a real mattress with a sprung metal grid and a 2-zone slatted frame made of solid beech wood laths - in terms of sleeping comfort, such a dream sofa is in no way inferior to a real bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, induction cooker and microwave oven. Opposite the open kitchen is the combined living/dining area with plenty of space, the large patio doors open outwards so that you can have breakfast outside in the morning. In the comfortable bedroom there is a large king-size master bed with 160x200cm lying surface, a 24cm pocket-spring mattress and a 5cm thick, highly elastic Topper mattress padding. The bathroom is, like the rest of the house, modern and tastefully furnished; it has a large shower, towel heating, large LED-lit mirrors and plenty of storage space. The open south-facing terrace is equipped with teak garden furniture, chairs, etc. and offers a fantastic view over the Altenau valley with sun from morning to evening. Guest access You have access to all rooms, the terrace and the garden/park. Other things to note Bed linen is provided by us, you only need to bring towels and bath towels or rent them here at the reception.
