A 2 Bedroom apartment located on the 1st floor with no stair! This roomy apartment is situated in the bustling Center City, just a short distance from the Convention Center, City Hall, Reading Terminal Market, and Chinatown. The ambiance is warm and inviting, featuring a pleasant blend of industrial elements like exposed bricks and beams. It's an ideal setting for both leisure and work-related stays, with ample room to relax and unwind. The space This apartment is on the ground floor, with no stairs. It is centrally located to City Hall and Convention Center but tucked away on a quiet small street. I tried my best to show everything in the photos. PLEASE REQUEST EXTRA BED(S) SET UP WHEN BOOKING In case you are traveling by car, we do not provide parking space. However, there are various private parking lots located nearby for your convenience. Other things to note TV with Firestick TV, guest need to sign in with their own account for some streaming services. There are neighbors around you so please be mindful of the noise. Many of them will not hesitate to call police if the noise level is unacceptable during quiet time. Zero tolerance for party, loud noise, & gathering!! Early check-in or late check-out I will try to accommodate if the reservation allows, just let me know ahead of time. Housekeeping I do not provide additional room service or cleaning during your stay(sorry). But, feel free to contact me if you need anything such as toilet paper, paper towels, and others. Parking Not included, there are several parking lots near the building within walking distance, cost about $26-$30. For street parking, mostly $2.50 per hour and might be free overnight.
