Optional add-on for larger groups: With advance request and an additional fee, we can sometimes open 2 additional en-suite bedrooms upstairs (subject to availability). Upstairs has separate private access and is only included if confirmed in writing before arrival. During your stay We respect your privacy, and you’ll have exclusive use of the ground-floor villa. You can message us anytime through the Airbnb app with questions before or during your stay, and we respond as quickly as possible (usually much sooner than 24 hours). A property manager is also available if you need anything, either on-site when required or reachable by phone. Contact details will be shared at check-in. Please note: the owners live upstairs in a separate unit and do not access the ground-floor guest areas. Other things to note Guest count: Please enter the correct number of guests on the Airbnb reservation at the time of booking. The base booking is for up to 10 guests. Extra sleeping options (downstairs): Two of the four ground-floor bedrooms are large enough to accommodate an extra bed/mattress. If you need this, please request it in advance via the Airbnb app so we can confirm availability and prepare it. Larger groups (by request): If your group needs more space than the ground-floor setup allows, additional upstairs en-suite rooms may be available only by prior arrangement and subject to availability. Any added rooms/extra guests must be agreed and confirmed in writing on Airbnb before arrival. Living room seating: The living room is furnished with sofas for seating and relaxing. These are not sofa beds at the moment, so please book based on the current sleeping arrangements only. We may add sofa beds in the future to accommodate larger groups. Pets: Pets are welcome with prior notice. Maximum 2 pets under 10 kg. Please confirm pets (and the total number of guests) in your booking message on Airbnb. Airport pickup/drop-off: Can be arranged for an additional fee with advance notice at the time of booking, subject to availability. Please message early with flight details so we can confirm options. Cooking gas: Cooking gas can be made available on request. For longer stays, an additional charge may apply based on usage and refills are charged at cost.
