"La Châtaigneraie" Bed and Breakfast.

Spacious family suite (2 bedrooms) located on the 1st floor in the center of a flowery and wooded park near Forges-les-Eaux. Private access via a miller's staircase, an entrance with desk, books, games, TV. Small refrigerator. Breakfast is included in the price of the room, on the veranda or on the terrace. Free parking in the park. Dogs accepted if well trained. It will sleep on its blanket, its cushion in your entrance which is comfortable. The rate is €3. The space If you are visiting Seine Maritime for one night or more, I suggest you come and rest at my home, in a Normandy farmhouse. You will be warmly welcomed. Guests can relax in the 4000 m² park. Free parking. The suite breaks down as follows: On the 1st floor: an independent entrance and a suite of 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed + 1 single bed in one of the bedrooms + 1 small sofa bed in the other bedroom, small TV, bathroom with shower. A small refrigerator. Private and independent toilet. Breakfast (hearty) is included in the room price. Guests can relax in the veranda which is at your disposal; if you need to heat up a plate or a dish you have a microwave. I will be at your disposal throughout your stay if needed. It's possible to have a gourmet plate on arrival (€20 per person) let me know 48 hours before your arrival. But you're free to take nothing. A drink will be offered free of charge. There are excellent options for dining out close to my home. If you're staying for a few days, you can ask me to use the plancha. €10 I accept a dog if it is well trained. It will need a blanket or basket. It will sleep in your entrance which is spacious but not in the bedrooms. €3 Guest access The entire 1st floor where the suite is located is intended for our guests from the same family or friends (75 m²) with 2 separate bedrooms. The veranda and park are at their disposal with (deck chairs, small garden furniture, table tennis table). Guests have the park and veranda with microwave if needed. I am located close to Forges-les-Eaux and Formerie. 40 minutes from Rouen, 45 minutes from Dieppe, 10 minutes from Forges-les-Eaux 76440 (its lakes and the casino with wellness areas) 12 minutes from Neufchâtel, its cheese, the heart of Neufchâtel. I would definitely suggest that you visit the small village of GERBEROY, which has been awarded as one of the most beautiful villages in France, 20 minutes from my home. And so many other places... Aumale, Beauvais, Giverny... Several castles to visit as well as beautiful parks. Exhibitions... The cultivation of Linen, and everything we do today with this herbaceous plant, with blue flowers. The seed provides a flour, and the stem a fiber that is used as a textile. You have our good cider and good cheeses from Normandy. Heart-shaped Neufchâtel cheese, Camembert... During your stay I'm always available to my guests. If I have to leave, my husband is there in all circumstances. We will guide you to the best so you can have a good stay in our area. Other things to note Guests have the park with deckchairs, tables, chairs and benches. They also have a ping pong table. You have the Voie Verte cycle path to take by bike from Forges, bike rentals and electric bikes... this path goes to Dieppe.
