A former 380 m² waterfront mill, Le Moulin des Prés accommodates up to 15 people in a natural and peaceful setting. A large, cozy house for gathering: living room with bar, billiards table, foosball table and fireplace, large table, equipped kitchen. Riverfront garden, barbecue, petanque, and walks. Ideal for families, friends or teams. Check-out on Sundays and public holidays until 5 p.m. Early check-in and late check-out upon request. A layout suitable for families and groups of friends as well as for business stays. Bathrooms: 2 large, bright bathrooms, designed to comfortably accommodate groups. Living areas: A large, warm and friendly living room with a bar, billiards, foosball and fireplaces. A fully equipped kitchen and a large dining room make it easy to share meals together. Outdoors: A garden by the river, with several spaces to enjoy the calm and nature. Barbecue, petanque court and walks nearby. Included in your stay: beds made on arrival, bed linen and towels provided. Services on request: to make your stay easier, I can also offer turnkey solutions: drive-through shopping, recommendations and a local guide, and booking or organizing activities. For what kind of stays? Le Moulin des Prés is particularly suitable for family reunions, weekends with friends, birthdays, and team stays or seminars. You have the entire cottage during your stay. I personally welcome you upon your arrival and remain available should you need anything, while letting you fully enjoy the place. Guest access You have the entire Moulin des Prés during your stay: the bedrooms, living areas, kitchen, dining room and all the outdoor areas are reserved for you. The garden and the area around the river are freely accessible, as are the barbecue and the pétanque court. The large living room, with its bar, pool table, foosball table and fireplace, is fully at your disposal for your moments of conviviality. Private parking at our home is available. Upon your arrival, I will welcome you personally and explain how the cottage works. I will then remain easily reachable if you need any advice regarding the accommodation or the area, while letting you make the most of your stay. Other things to note Pets: Pets are welcome. Package of €35 per stay. Cleaning: The cleaning package is offered as an option at a cost of €175. Linens: The beds are made upon your arrival, and bed linen and towels are provided. Groups: Le Moulin des Prés is particularly suitable for stays with family, friends, birthdays, events and business trips. Safety: Use of the fireplace, barbecue, and various games is the responsibility of the guests. Special attention is required with children, especially near the river. Outdoors: The grounds and the area around the river are natural. For walks and access to certain areas, plan suitable footwear. Times: Check-out is scheduled for 10 a.m. on weekdays. On Sundays and public holidays, you can enjoy the cottage until 5 pm. Early check-in or late check-out may be offered upon request and depending on availability. An extra fee may be requested when the desired schedule prevents the booking of an extra night.
