We would like to invite you to our larch manor house with 100 years of history, which houses guest rooms. Everything slows down here, and you begin to appreciate the nature around you. In the evenings, we watch the starry sky. It is a great place to go with children and/or friends. It is a great place to work. The house is in a park, surrounded by 5 hectares of land. You can swing in a hammock, light a fire, eat dinner under a willow tree or see the attractions surrounding Radkowice. (neighborhood tab) The space A 120-year-old chestnut alley leads to our house. The house is spacious. On the ground floor (about 90 m) there is a living room connected to the kitchen. There are two guest rooms: one with a double bed, the other with two beds, a bathroom with a shower and a toilet. From the living room there is an exit to a large terrace, where you can have lunch or drink your morning coffee. On the first floor (about 60 sq meters) there are two guest rooms. Each has two single beds for guests. There is a second toilet with a shower and a sink. There is also an exercise ladder, a mat and yoga equipment. Young people and children love to play here, play board games. There is also a small porch at the entrance, where you can admire the sunsets. The house is in the middle of the park. There is a very large area adjacent to the house. We take care of the greenery and flower beds. We also have a vegetable garden where we grow vegetables ourselves. There are 2 shops, a health center, a church, and a school within a 5-minute walk. Guest access In our guest rooms, we have prepared comfortable beds, clean bedding, towels. There is central heating. We have deckchairs and garden beds. We have an open roofed shed where you can leave your car (1) We have no fences or barriers. Other things to note Our house is old, and that's the charm. For years, we have been making a lot of effort to make everything work, but we do not have plastic windows or panels. We left the old floors and the century-old doors. So far, we've been the only ones to use it. Now we want to share our world with others. We have a four-burner gas stove (municipal gas), a convection oven, full kitchen equipment, plates, cutlery, pots, and a dishwasher. The bathrooms are equipped with showers, toilets, and sinks. There is a washing machine. We have a flat screen TV, 90 channels of cable TV. There is Wi-Fi.
