The space The apartment, completed in 2019, is located on the "Zillehof" in the middle of the old town of Ballenstedt. The "Zillehof" is the former farm of my grandparents Emil and Berta Zille, after whom two of the available apartments are named. From 2018 to 2019, we completely renovated the rest of the farm and built an apartment building with eight residential units on the grounds of the former south barn. The apartment "Emil" is on the 2nd floor and can be reached both by stairs and by elevator. The apartment measures about 50 sqm and has a living room with open kitchen, one bedroom, one bathroom, a hallway and a south-facing balcony, from which you have a wonderful view of 3,000 m² of garden land. The whole apartment has floor heating. The windows and doors have electric shutters. The apartment has a carport (W5). Check-in is possible 24/7 via a key safe. Other things to note For the safe storage of your bicycles, we have a lockable shed. Please contact me if necessary.
