The space Completed in 2019, the apartment is located on the "Zillehof" in the middle of the old town of Ballenstedts. The "Zillehof" is the former farm of my grandparents Emil and Berta Zille, after which two of the available apartments are named. From 2018 to 2019, we completely renovated the Resthof and built an apartment building with eight residential units on the basis of the former south barn. The apartment "Emil" is located on the 1st floor and can be reached by stairs as well as by elevator. The apartment is about 50 sqm and has a living room with an open kitchen, a bedroom, a hallway and a south-facing balcony, from which you have a wonderful view of 3,000 m² of garden land. All the apartment has floor heating. The windows or doors have electric shutters. The apartment has a carport (W5). Check-in is possible around the clock via key safe.
