Description

Two elegant apartments that are located on the same floor, adjacent and communicating with each other, each with its own entrance located in the common entrance for the exclusive use of guests, with the access door to the floor, adjacent to the elevator. Due to the COVID-19 emergency, we have strengthened our cleaning measures by sanitizing and disinfecting the rooms. We provide our guests with complimentary protective and sanitizing products. The space The two refined and modern 90-square-meter three-room apartments are bright balconies with an elegant entrance in a period building on the corner with the heart of Via Veneto, the street of the "dolce vita" and home to the most prestigious hotels in Rome such as Westin Excelsior, Marriott Flora, Via Veneto Hotel, Ambassadors, Majestic and others; located 80 meters away from Porta Pinciana and Villa Borghese, the most important park in the city, 200 meters from Piazza Barberini, 10 minutes walk to Piazza di Spagna, Fontana di Trevi and Piazza del Popolo. These two facing apartments are located on the 5th floor with an elevator, each consisting of a living room with a large sofa bed, an open kitchen and an adjacent bathroom, and two bedrooms each with a private bathroom; they are equipped with a smart TV, free Wi-Fi, independent heating/hot water, a cold/hot air conditioning system, a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit. The 4 bedrooms are perfectly furnished with a double bed (180x200cm), two bedside tables, large wardrobes equipped with a safe, luggage rack, ironing board and iron, desk with armchair, support bench at the bottom of the bed, large console with 42" Smart TV and internal fridge. The 4 private windowed bathrooms consist of a large sink, toilet, bidet, and shower stalls, equipped with a hairdryer and a clothesline for small hand laundry. The living rooms are spacious with elegant open kitchens equipped with a large sink, refrigerators, induction cooktop, oven, kettle, microwave, coffee machine with pods, toaster, equipped with cutlery, dishes, pots and pans; in each living room there is a dining table and chairs for 6 people with a wall sofa, a double sofa bed (160x190cm) with two tables, magazine rack, storage cabinet and a 48"Smart TV and WI-FI; adjacent there is a bathroom with a small sink, toilet and shower. * For hygiene and safety reasons, the apartments are non-smoking. * Pets are not allowed in the apartments. * The Host is never responsible for personal items and documents of Guests left inside the apartments. At the guest's request, we can offer airport transfers through an external company, with payment directly to the driver at an average cost of €90.00. Adjacent to the apartments, it is possible to park for free if there are white stripes or for a fee if there are blue stripes. Alternatively, we can offer a paid garage or external car valet service in the immediate vicinity. At the request of the Guest, we offer an external laundry service for personal clothing for a fee with home collection by 12 noon and return of the clean laundry within 24 hours of collection. Every three days, the Host will provide each individual Guest with a free change of bath towels and bed linen. If the Guest requests an extra change, the cost for each set of towels will be €3.50, and the same for bed linen will be €7.00. The Host will provide a free daily service of tidying and cleaning the apartments from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., outside the hours provided above, the service will cost €34.00. The accommodation tax is €5.00 per night per person for a maximum of ten nights, excluding children under ten years of age. To facilitate the check-in operation, each Guest is required to provide a copy of their identification document for the purpose of communication to the Tourist Office of Rome, which as a Host we are required to perform according to the law. CATERING, LEISURE, SUPERMARKETS, PHARMACIES IN THE IMMEDIATE VICINITY Supermarkets: "NaturaSi Bio" Via Sicilia, "Coop" Via Marche 150, mt. Pharmacies: Via Lombardia, Piazza Barberini.
