Hengchun | Yang CASA | Double Room (with sofa or balcony)

Hi, I'm Poya, a space designer, and I live here with my family. Yang CASA is a private home we designed ourselves, built from open space, built over five years and completed in 2024. The biggest feature of this building is that there is a courtyard that can be in contact with nature, blue sky and white clouds, stars and moon, all the daily scenery that can be seen by looking up, sitting here with a breeze to chat and gather is very comfortable! We planted climbing plants on the semi-outdoor balconies and corridors, and when the weather is good, they bloom with cute little yellow flowers, which are particularly romantic against the pure white architectural background. Exquisite double suites are available, each with a private bathroom, TV, fridge, and Wi-Fi. It is mainly divided into room types with balconies and room types with sofas, each with its own comfort, and most importantly, the lighting is very good! In the public lounge on the first floor, I made a 360cm long wooden table that provides practical functions for dining and computer work. In addition, the Yang CASA is located in a quiet alley, and in front of the house is our private parking lot, which is very convenient for drivers. Highly recommended for Longstay, Digital Nomad travelers!
